Invoice essentials
An invoice records what was supplied, who is billing whom, the amounts due, and when payment is expected. Local requirements can vary.
Add supplier and client details, a unique invoice number, dates, item descriptions, quantities, prices, taxes, discounts, totals, and payment instructions where relevant.
The issue date records when the invoice was created. The due date communicates when payment is expected; payment terms can explain the agreed timing.
Subtotal is the item value before discounts and tax. Discounts reduce the taxable item value here; tax is then added to produce the total.
Editing, calculations, logo handling, preview rendering, printing, and PDF creation happen in your browser. CoreBase does not receive or remotely store invoice data.
